QAdvis AB was acquired earlier 2024 by Labquality Ltd. registered in Finland with business ID 0110079-1. 

With this data privacy notice we are informing you about the disclosure (controller-to-controller) of QAdvis AB contact registry to Labquality Ltd. on 31.1.2025 and that Labquality Ltd. company name will change to Aurevia Ltd. 7.1.2025 with business ID 0110079-1 (the same business ID as before the name change). 

The disclosure means that your contact information will be duplicated from QAdvis AB contact registry to Labquality Ltd. contact registry. The disclosed information includes name and if available also phone number, email address, affiliation and country. After the disclosure Labquality Ltd. becomes a new controller. QAdvis AB remains as the original controller. 

The legal basis of this controller-to-controller disclosure is legitimate interest to market our services. The disclosure is based on intragroup data sharing agreement guaranteeing equal data protection mechanisms before and after the disclosure. 

Labquality Ltd. will use the contact registry for the purpose of sales, marketing and business analytics and will apply country-specific legal basis (consent or legitimate interest) for these activities.
